• Each gift card is valid for $100 toward a BOTOX® Cosmetic (onabotulinumtoxinA), JUVÉDERM® Collection of Fillers, CoolSculpting®, CoolToneTM, KYBELLA® (deoxycholic acid) injection 10 mg/mL, Natrelle®  Gel Breast Implants, REVOLVETM Advanced Adipose System treatments, or DiamondGlowTM treatment or product purchase at participating Brilliant Distinctions provider offices.

  • A healthcare provider will decide if a member is an appropriate candidate for treatment. If a member is an appropriate candidate, gift card can be applied toward the cost of the member's treatment at a participating provider.

  • If a member is not an appropriate candidate for treatment, please contact Brilliant Distinctions Customer Support. 

• Limit one (1) purchase per email address. Limit four (4) gift cards per purchase.

• Please allow up to twenty-four (24) hours for processing. Please allow three (3) business days to receive your gift card code. Gift card code will be delivered electronically to the email address used for purchase.

• Members will earn Brilliant Distinctions points on qualifying treatments and purchases.

  • Gift card not valid and points are not awarded for:

    • BOTOX® Cosmetic treatment if it has been less than ninety (90) days since a member’s last BOTOX® Cosmetic treatment.

    • JUVÉDERM® XC and JUVÉDERM® VOLLURE™ XC treatments in excess of the 12-month rolling syringe cap of eight (8) syringes with one (1) treatment per twenty-four (24) hours and four (4) syringes max per treatment.

    • JUVÉDERM® VOLUMA™ XC treatments in excess of the 12-month rolling syringe cap of eight (8) syringes with four (4) syringes max per treatment.

    • JUVÉDERM® VOLBELLA™ XC treatments in excess of the 12-month rolling syringe cap of eight (8) syringes with one (1) treatment per twenty-four (24) hours and four (4) syringes max per treatment, regardless of syringe size.

    • CoolSculpting® cycle received less than six (6) weeks from your last cycle.

    • Treatments and procedures reimbursed by government of private health plans.

  • Gift cards can be used on CoolSculpting® or CoolToneTM treatments above sixteen (16) cycles during the 12-month rolling cap, but any transactions above the sixteen (16) cycle max for each treatment will not earn Brilliant Distinctions points.

  • Points are awarded for only one (1) breast augmentation procedure with Natrelle® Gel Breast Implants.

  • Points are awarded for only one (1) cash-pay (ie, no government or private health plan reimbursement) procedure with RevolveTM System.

  • Since treatments with KYBELLA® should be no more frequent than once a month, receiving treatment less than one month from your treatment or more than six (6) total single treatments will not earn Brilliant Distinctions points.

• Gift card(s) cannot be applied to past transactions.

• To receive a refund of your gift card purchase, please contact Brilliant Distinctions  Customer Support. You will need to provide the applicable order number and credit card information used for purchase. Please allow three (3) business days for processing of your refund. It may take up to ten (10) additional business days for your refund to post to your account. Gift card(s) that have been redeemed are not eligible for a refund.

• Gift card(s) can be combined with other Brilliant Distinctions gift cards, offers, rebates, and standard Brilliant Distinctions rewards.
